After ordering

After the completion of your order a confirmation email will be sent to the given email address containing your order details. Please check if your order is correct and complete. If you wish to change or add anything, please contact us immediately by email.

Otherwise your order will be processed without any further contact. This means: Cash on delivery orders (only possible with a delivery adress in Germany) are being sent directly. If you chose prepayment via bank transfer you will receive an email with the bank details and payment information. In case of any problems we will contact you for further information.
