Battery Law
What does the battery law mean for me?
In some devices we sell are batteries included. Even in devices, batteries or rechargeable batteries can be permanently installed. In connection with the distribution of these batteries or rechargeable batteries, we as dealers in accordance with Batteries Act (BattG) are obliged to inform our customers about the following:
Please dispose of waste batteries, as required by law, at a municipal collection point (local community) or in special used battery containers or deliver them at the local trade for free. For this you are legally required.
Please note that lithium batteries and battery packs of all battery systems (battery pack = battery with several accumulator cells) may only be discharged into the collection container for old batteries if discharged, or if batteries are not fully discharged, provision must be made for short circuits.
The disposal in the household waste is expressly forbidden according to battery law!
You can return batteries obtained from us after use, at our address below free of charge or return by post to us by post:

The crossed-out wheeled bin sign means you must not dispose of batteries and batteries with your household waste. Under this sign you will also find the following symbols with the following meaning:
- Cd: cadmium
- Pb: lead
- Hg: mercurial
You will also find these instructions again in the manufacturer's operating instructions.
