Orders without snowboards are shipped with DHL. DHL will make one delivery attempt before bringing you package into an post-office or pick-up shop. The shipping of order with snowboards is handled by DPD. If the order can't be delivered DPD will either bring you order into a pick-up shop or try two more times to deliver your parcel.  After every failed delivery, the driver leaves a note with your tracking number and a service number. You can contact DPD to arrange a new delivery date or change the delivery address.

Cash on delivery (within Germany only) are generally delivered within 24 hours at a 300km range. Orders until 12:00 will be shipped the same day.
Prepayment orders will be shipped on the day of the receipt of payment. For the delivery within Germany DHL and DPD ususally require less than 48 hours.
